Child Safety Standards
Jyon, operated by Jyon Technologies Pte. Ltd., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standard
These standards apply to all users, content, and interactions on Jyon, regardless of location. No person may use Jyon to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.
A child is any person under 18. CSAE includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. CSAM includes visual depictions of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Prohibited conduct
Jyon strictly prohibits:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, or computer-generated imagery.
- Sexualizing a child or engaging a child in sexual conversations, requests, or conduct.
- Grooming, coercing, threatening, blackmailing, or sextorting a child for sexual purposes.
- Facilitating or promoting child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or sexual encounters involving a child.
- Sharing instructions, links, or tools intended to enable child sexual abuse or exploitation.
How we respond
When we identify content or behavior that violates these standards, Jyon may take one or more of the following actions:
- Review reports and remove content that violates these standards.
- Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE.
- Preserve relevant information when appropriate and permitted by law.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety authorities when legally required.
Report a child-safety concern
In the Jyon app, use the Report option available on profiles, posts, and activities, or use Give us feedback in Account Settings. Reports are reviewed under these standards.
You can also report a concern by emailing support@jyon.com. Include the account name and where the content appears. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Legal compliance
Jyon complies with applicable child-safety laws and acts on CSAM in accordance with legal obligations. We respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.
